Refund policy

DEFECTIVE PRINTS OR SHIRTS

At Cakebite, we carefully inspect every item before shipping, but occasionally, defects or errors can occur.

If you receive a product with a defective print, a shirt with issues like holes or ripped seams, or an incorrect item/size/color, please reach out to us with a description of the problem. We will promptly resolve the issue by either replacing the item at no additional cost to you or providing a refund.

Please be aware that we are not responsible for transit delays, lost, or stolen packages.

Regarding Press Marks, Stains, and Discolorations:

These are generally not defects but can sometimes occur during the printing process. These are rare but can happen during the printing process, and usually disappear after the first few washes.
